Reliance on the Internet has increased dramatically in recent years.  This trend will continue in the foreseeable future as more applications are converged.  Common place utilization of the Internet today's data age includes VPN tunneling for access to central services, converged data and voice services for remote offices and streaming video to reduce travel costs, increase productivity and ultimately boost the bottom line.  As more applications are converged over the Internet, the requirements for reliable access become even more important.  Transwave Dedicated Access addresses this need!

Transwave offers Dedicated Access service throughout the WNY area.  Dedicated Access offers you a very reliable, carrier grade service and guarantees you a symmetrical data rate up to your subscription rate.  Subscription rates typically start at 1 Mbps and our services are designed with ample head room to accommodate scalability as your needs grow into the future.  Transwave can accommodate needs from 1 Mbps to 100 Mbps or more depending on your needs.

Interfacing off our network is standard RJ45 (Ethernet).  Transwave requires all clients to have a Router, Switch, or Layer 3 device as a segregation / demarcation point from our network.  If this is not available, we can provide recommendations for a cost effective device or provide it with our service agreements.

Minimal contract period is one (1) year.  Discounts are provided for multiple year contracts.

Transwave standard installation typically consist of an aesthetically pleasing flat panel antenna system which is connected to an indoor RJ45 10/100 BaseT Interface Unit.  Antennas are normally mounted at roof top level.  Transwave retains ownership and maintains all equipment furnished under our service agreements.  We just need standard power to be at or near our indoor power injector.

Standard static IP addressing is provided free of charge.  This includes an allotment up to /29.  Larger IP blocks can also be provided for an additional monthly fee.

Standard features of our Broadband Internet services include scalable symmetrical IP, total independence from the local carrier loops, quick to get lit services and competitive access pricing.
