Communications.
The Town of Lockport Industrial Development
Agency (IDA) is pleased to recommend Transwave Communications as
the internet provider within the Lockport Industrial Park.
The IDA is the owner of the Lockport
Industrial Park, a 400 acre development located on the west side
of Lockport. The Industrial Park is located west of the Lockport
General Motors facility, south of Upper Mountain Road, east of
Junction Road and north of the CSX rail line. There are
currently 12 businesses located in the Lockport Industrial Park.

The selection of Transwave Communications
was based on the response by Transwave to a Request for
Proposals distributed by the Lockport Industrial Development
Agency and a determination that Transwave had a proven track
record for the delivery of quality broadband internet service
suitable to service the businesses located in the Lockport
Industrial Park. Furthermore, Transwave Communications has
demonstrated a high level of customer service in its dealings
with its existing customers.

Transwave
Communications Systems Inc, pioneers of the microwave
integration industry and a local Wireless ISP and Transport
company, is pleased to announce that it has installed WIMAX
equipment at several distribution points throughout their
network. This advanced technology supports the new 802.16e
based standard. These new sites operate in the "registered"
3.65 GHz frequency spectrum allowing services free of the
interference and clutter of other "unlicensed" shared spectrums
such as 2.4 and 5 GHz frequency bands.
Sites
equipped with the WiMax equipment allow the delivery of robust
and feature rich services to their client base. This includes
the provisioning of scalable symmetrical broadband, differing
levels of services depending on bandwidth needs and budget, QOS
for clients running multiple applications and other features
that allows traffic to be tailored for specific needs. This
technology can also be equipped with 2nd order

intrusive installations.
Transwave

symmetrical Internet bandwidth platform. IP Transport
competes very aggressively with fiber optics and other Metro
carrier IP solutions. Transwave's Wireless DSL service is
offered in three (3) tiers and is positioned to compete with
cable modem and other "wired" DSL services. Transwave also
offers Managed
Transport Services. These
networks are custom built networks to address specific needs,
typically high bandwidth Transport requirements. Pricing for all
